In-School Mentorship

In-school mentorship connecting youth with experienced mentors who guide them through academic challenges, personal growth, and career exploration.

After School

Weekly one-on-one and group mentorship sessions embedded directly into community based organizations.
We build real relationships with students and support their academic and personal growth.

Leadership Academy

An intensive program designed to develop leadership skills, critical thinking, and community engagement among young people ready to step up. A structured curriculum that develops leadership, critical thinking, and goal-setting skills through workshops, activities, and real-world challenges. Our workbook guides every step.

GANG PREVENTION

Evidence-informed intervention connecting at-risk youth to resources, mentors, and alternatives. We address root causes through education, opportunity, and belonging redirecting youth away from gang involvement toward positive community engagement and personal success.
